August 2025 Apprentice of the Month: Joely Walker!
We are delighted to announce that Joely Walker from Metroplan has been named our Apprentice of the Month for August 2025.
Joely has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism throughout her apprenticeship journey. From the very beginning, she has impressed everyone around her with her maturity, dedication and willingness to learn.
Her Progress Mentor shared:
“I am delighted to nominate Joely for Apprentice of the Month in recognition of her commitment, consistent enthusiasm, and professional growth throughout her apprenticeship journey. Since the beginning of her apprenticeship, Joely has shown a level of maturity and dedication that truly sets her apart. Throughout her apprenticeship Joely has shown a genuine willingness to learn taking on feedback and approaching every task with care and precision. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional attitude is admirable, particularly for someone at an early stage in their career. It has been a pleasure to watch Joely’s confidence develop over time. As she now approaches her End Point Assessment, I am confident that Joely is fully prepared and will perform to a high standard. Her work ethic, and dedication make her an excellent role model for other apprentices and a shining example of what the apprenticeship programme can achieve. As Joely approaches her End Point Assessment, it has been inspiring to see her confidence flourish. Her work ethic and determination make her an excellent role model for other apprentices and a shining example of what can be achieved through dedication and hard work.
