I was impressed when I received a promotion, it was always a position that I was working to, but it came out of the blue! I have just been keeping myself focused and ensuring that I deliver results consistently. The Apprenticeship through SRSCC has had a massive impact on my development, and I am convinced, that without the good habits, discipline and best practice that have learned so far, this promotion would not have come so soon!

The apprenticeship has been tough and intense, but it is genuinely helping me. If I reflect back on where I was in August, I have developed my knowledge and confidence so much. It has completely changed my thinking at work - market analysis, dynamics, liaising with procurement and legal. I am questioning things more - I think about the why and the impact, and I'm more mindful of the ethical side. Also, Cognassist and Maths support have been great.
