Tino Mumvuri - Aston Martin, Procurement Apprentice
The Challenge
Tino needed to balance a demanding role at Aston Martin with his Level 4 apprenticeship studies and significant leadership duties as an Apprentice Chair.

Gabriela Bussoli - NHS, Procurement Officer
The Challenge
Transitioning from an administrative position, Gabriela needed to build foundational knowledge in procurement while overcoming the hurdle of returning to exams as a mature student and balancing a busy workload with her personal life.
The Solution
She completed the CIPS Level 4 apprenticeship, utilizing mentor support, practical workshops, and study tools like podcasts and flashcards to apply her new skills directly to real-world challenges.
The Result
Gabriela gained the confidence and strategic understanding to progress to a Band 6 role, effectively contributing to major NHS priorities, and has now enrolled in a Level 5 apprenticeship to continue her development.
