Chay Barber, Buyer at Ibstock, was awarded as SRSCC’s April 2023 Apprentice of the Month by his Progress Mentor and SRSCC Apprenticeship Manager.
Chay was awarded for his clear ability to resonate what he has learnt and apply it within his day to day role, and excellent analysis of what he has learnt from his recent e-learning, which as allowed Chay to identify any areas he’s struggled with, enabling him to receive the correct support and guidance to improve.
