Every year, SRSCC select an ‘Apprentice of the Year’ from the pool of Apprentices’ who have been given an Apprentice of the Month award throughout that year… 2022’s winner was the fantastic Holly Jones from Shoosmiths!
Holly was nominated for the award by her Progress Mentor Nathalie Phillips, who commented “what has really stood out to me is how Holly has evolved as an apprentice with us. Holly joined as a learner for whom procurement was a completely new field. Holly has demonstrated strong work ethic, determination, and resilience since then in various ways… In Holly’s Off the job reflections, one of which she was recognised for as Apprentice of the Month, Holly continues to look for ways to develop and improve – her attention to detail is excellent. It is clear to me that Holly cares deeply about her profession, her organisation and her personal development and she fully deserves the award of Apprentice of the Year 2022”.
