February Apprentice of the Month 2023!

Andrea Wedderburn, from Bromford Housing Group, has been awarded SRSCC’s  February “Apprentice of the Month” 2023 award for her outstanding contribution to the L4 Commercial Procurement and Supply Apprenticeship!

Andrea has shown a great ability to learn quickly and adapt to the challenges of the role, and has made significant contributions to the team’s productivity and efficiency. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Andrea has also taken on additional projects and tasks, demonstrating a keen interest in learning and developing her skills. She has shown initiative and creativity in her approach to problem-solving.

This achievement is a testament to the apprentice’s hard work and dedication. She has not only recently passed both her Maths and English Functional Skills exams, but has also managed to catch up with her off the job hours. Andrea has been submitting very detailed and exciting off the job reflections and expresses so much enthusiasm in her progress reviews.

The award is a great achievement for Andrea, and a testament to the value of apprenticeships as a pathway to success.
