This helps make sure every learner understands how to stay safe across various situations. Instead of keeping safeguarding separate, we're weaving it into everything you learn to help you stay safe in every aspect of your education.
Send Learners Module Study Guides well in advance of Exams
Sending learners module study guides well before exams allows them ample time to prepare and review the material thoroughly. This proactive approach supports effective learning, enhances understanding, and contributes to better exam performance by providing learners with the resources they need to succeed.
Provide learners with a reminder a week before they're due to attend a session
This advance notice ensures they have sufficient time to prepare and attend the session, contributing to a smoother and more organized learning experience.
Moved Virtual Classroom Delivery to Microsoft Teams
We moved our virtual classroom delivery from Zoom to MS Teams to accommodate learners whose workplaces have restrictions on using Zoom. This change ensures that all participants can easily access and engage in the virtual sessions, promoting inclusivity and making the learning experience accessible to a broader audience.
Introduced Onboarding Days
These onboarding days aim to familiarize apprentices with our training environment, set clear expectations, and establish a supportive community from the outset. By offering a dedicated onboarding process, we seek to enhance the overall experience for apprentices, easing their transition into the program and setting a positive tone for their learning journey.
Reduced the time it takes to complete the End Point Assessment
This can help minimize delays in completing an apprenticeship, enabling learners to progress more quickly to the next stage of their careers. Additionally, it can offer more timely feedback to apprentices, facilitating their learning and development.
