At SRSCC, we prioritise inclusivity and support for learners who undertake our CIPS courses with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Our comprehensive resources cater to diverse needs, including dyslexia, ADHD, sensory impairments, and more. With tools like Cognassist, we assess cognitive learning needs, ensuring personalised support plans and access to over 100 tailored strategy modules. Monthly 1-2-1 reviews with our Learning Engagement Team enhance the learning journey, fostering an inclusive and empowering educational environment for all apprentices.
