Meet the new strategic thinker at the heart of the SRSCC operation
Sophie Forshaw has recently been appointed to the role of Operations Manager at SRSCC. It’s a varied role with a broad remit, but in essence, the aim is to ensure that the products and services we deliver are of the highest quality. Sophie’s background is in customer service and she has accrued experience from various management roles, allowing her to understand the demands and constraints of both public and private sector organisations.
Sophie is motivated by driving improvements. She has the ability to appraise existing processes and the insight to pinpoint where things need refining or where wholesale change is required. Her focus is on effectiveness and results are always under review. This approach of continuous improvement aligns perfectly with SRSCC’s philosophy. Sophie’s business acumen will allow us to make the strategic decisions required to excel and meet the needs of both existing and prospective clients in an ever-changing market.
Sophie believes wholeheartedly in potential. She knows the impact of effective training, and the opportunities it affords. Sophie is committed to her own professional development in both procurement and management, and her appetite for growth is communicated by all her actions.
