Introducing SRSCC’s new Business Development and Relationship Manager

The team at SRSCC is delighted to have Clare Towne join the organisation.  The new role is front-of-house, with responsibility for building and developing customer relations. The position is ideally suited to Clare’s considerable experience and skills and will support SRSCC’s internal team, ensuring that high quality and continuous improvement remain a priority.

Clare will be working with both existing and prospective clients and brings to the position perspectives gleaned from a range of industries, including Furniture and Giftware wholesale, import/export, Brewery and Digital Marketing Software. Clare has extensive commercial experience in Sales, Team Management, Marketing, Administration and Customer Services, and is familiar with the challenges of supplying to public and private sector organisations.

Clare qualified to Level 4 CIPS with SRSCC and therefore has an excellent understanding of the company’s approach, high standards and commitment. Clare is also planning to continue her CIPS studies, knowing the benefits of treating learning as a lifelong activity.

Clare’s ability to bring together siloed teams, creating dynamic multifunctional groups will be invaluable in the growing organisation. A hands-on, pragmatic and problem-solving attitude are key to Clare’s success to date and her drive and dedication will be well suited to SRSCC’s ambitious plans. A natural leader, Clare is already making her mark within the organisation and is looking forward to working with SRSCC’s existing client base and to bringing on-board new business.
